All intellectual property rights in the CRM system, website, software, and content (excluding your data) are owned by or licensed to Philis Enterprise. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after a grace period.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-product notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
